Accounts and organizations

Understand personal profiles, business setup, existing users and invitations.

Your personal profile

Your own account comes first even when you represent an organization. Full name and salutation are required. Profession and phone are optional. Edit these details later in My account / Settings.

Your confirmed name takes precedence over an older Google display name. Your profession and organization job title do not grant application permissions. Your sign-in email stays tied to the authenticated identity.

Personal or business?

For Myself creates personal feedback space without an organization. If you later add a business, personal records remain separate.

For My Organization lets you register an organization or join by invitation. A matching company name or email domain does not grant access. Ask your administrator for an invitation if your team already uses Lipback.

Register an organization

  1. Complete your own profile, then choose Register my organization.
  2. Enter the real organization name, country, type and contact email. Add a registration identifier if applicable; informal businesses can leave it blank.
  3. Enter your role and confirm you are authorized to represent the organization.
  4. If a possible duplicate is reported, use the review request when offered or ask the existing administrator for an invitation. A review request does not grant access.

Returning users and staff

Existing members with unconfirmed profiles complete their own details. Owners with missing organization information update the existing record, preserving its ID, members and feedback. Staff without organization-edit authority only complete their own profile.

Country and registration identity changes after initial setup require platform review. Authorized members can edit organization contact details.

Accept an invitation

Sign in with the invited email, complete your profile, then accept the pending invitation or enter the supplied code. Expired or revoked invitations need administrator action.

Check the workspace selector before creating or editing records. Having access to more than one context does not combine their data.
