An email link fails
Use the latest unexpired link. On another device, confirm the same email that requested it. Retry secure sign-in when offered; request a new link if expired.
If verification keeps failing, record the readable error for your administrator. Never share the sign-in link, verification code or cookies publicly.
I am sent back to setup
Membership does not replace personal profile confirmation. Complete name and salutation first. Owners may also need missing details for the existing organization.
Joining staff should accept the invitation for their authenticated email rather than register another organization. Ask an administrator to replace expired or revoked invitations.
A menu or record is missing
Check the selected workspace, then effective role, overrides, branch/department scope and enabled modules. Menu visibility and record scope are separate checks.
Reconnect or refresh after access changes if the browser lost its live connection. Opening a hidden URL does not bypass authorization.
A QR or form is unavailable
If the camera cannot read the print, check size, contrast, border and cropping. If a link opens but the destination is unavailable, check QR activation/expiry and whether its subject is archived.
Create an active subject before QR/form setup. Publish form changes before expecting customers to see them. Ask an administrator if the necessary creation control is unavailable.
Scans but no responses
An open is not a submission. Send a test response, wait for success and check the same subject in the same workspace. Required-question errors can stop submission.
A review widget needs consented, published reviews for its subject. Private responses and unmoderated reviews should not appear. Check origins for loading failures.
A visitor stays pending
Registration is not check-in. Authorized staff verify arrival and check the person in, then complete checkout at departure. Duration and waiting reports require the appropriate actual workflow events.
Ask for help safely
Include your intended action, page, approximate time, readable error and HTTP status if available. Explain what happened immediately before the problem.
Redact secrets, cookies, private links, visitor passes and personal feedback. Include only the minimum screenshot detail needed to understand the issue.
