Find responses
Open Feedback inbox or Responses in a personal workspace. Check the subject, feedback type, placement and status. Filters help narrow the list.
Visibility depends on permissions and branch/department scope. If a colleague can see a record you cannot, ask an administrator to check access instead of sharing credentials.
Follow up internally
Authorized members can update status and add internal notes. These actions help coordinate the team; they do not by themselves send an email or SMS to the respondent.
Reading feedback does not grant reply, moderation, export or analytics access. Avoid unnecessary personal information in notes and secure any exported files.
Private versus public
Private complaints and other private submissions are not public reviews. Publication needs a review submission, explicit customer permission and a moderation decision. A Review QR does not bypass those requirements.
Review widgets show eligible published reviews rather than private inbox content. The private follow-up link can let a customer withdraw public permission; keep that link confidential.
Moderate fairly
Apply the same content rules to positive and negative reviews. Reasons include spam, personal information, harassment, irrelevant content and duplicates. A negative rating alone is not grounds for rejection.
Public aggregates reflect the eligible published review set. Do not add fake reviews to fill an empty widget.
