Create a card
- Open Lipback Cards in your organization workspace and choose Create card. Your member permissions must allow creation.
- Choose an employee, department or organization card. Add a recipient where appropriate, branch and department, display name and job title.
- Add approved business contact details and links. Choose which fields are public and which fields the cardholder may edit.
- Choose a theme, colors and images, review the preview and save. Use the public profile preview to check the information a visitor will see.
Download and save a contact
- Open the active public card on a phone without signing in.
- Select Save Contact to download its generated vCard (.vcf).
- Follow the browser or contact app prompt to review and save it. The receiving device controls the final import.
- Update an approved phone number in Lipback and reopen the same profile URL. Download a new vCard if the stored contact also needs updating.
Accept optional contact exchanges
Enable voluntary contact exchanges only when the card owner should receive visitor details. Visitors must explicitly agree to share the submitted details with the owner and organization so they can respond.
Authorized staff and the permitted cardholder can inspect retained exchanges from card details. This consent does not subscribe visitors to marketing. Do not publish exchange details on the public profile.
Print physical business cards
- Open the card Print Studio and select a business-card or A4 sheet layout.
- Choose 85 x 55 mm, 90 x 50 mm or supported custom dimensions. Review front/back layout, bleed, safe margins and QR geometry.
- Save the design and download PDF or SVG. Print at actual size using the intended stock.
- Test a physical proof on several phones, including downloading the vCard. Confirm duplex alignment and cutting before a larger run.
Visibility, suspension and staff access
Organization administrators manage cards only within their permitted scope. Staff can edit only the fields explicitly delegated to them; possession of a profile URL grants no dashboard access.
Suspended or revoked cards stop serving public profiles, vCards and profile images while their identifiers remain reserved. Revoke cards when staff leave. Reactivation requires appropriate authority, an active cardholder where linked and compliance with the issuance policy.
