Understand report visibility

Reports combines feedback analytics with visitor and conversation sections where authorized. Some sections are deliberately hidden when their module or analytics permission is unavailable.

Feedback totals count actual submissions. QR opens are different events. Average ratings depend on rated records; an empty dataset is not a zero-star review.

Interpret institutional metrics

Visitor duration requires check-in and checkout events. Waiting and service metrics need the corresponding workflow timestamps. Missing events should be shown as unavailable rather than invented durations.

Conversation summaries reflect stored threads and statuses. Compare the same workspace, scope and period when investigating a count, and inspect the underlying records.

Compare packages

Open Billing for the current feature catalog and allowances. These come from server configuration; do not rely on fixed numbers copied from an older screenshot.

Effective subscription access can include trials or configured overrides, but a trial does not change member permissions. A role cannot grant access to a module unavailable to the workspace.

Limits, prices and upgrades

The Free plan currently supports 10 active feedback targets and 500 feedback submissions per UTC calendar month, for new and existing workspaces, including personal accounts. Starter supports 25 active targets and 2,000 monthly submissions. Check Billing for the latest server-configured catalog.

Active-subject and response allowances can restrict new activity. Archive an unused subject or review the plan options. Existing responses are retained. Do not recreate an organization to evade a limit.

Prices are marked as examples where processing is not configured. A comparison page is not confirmation of payment or upgrade. Paid checkout needs a configured payment provider and billing integration.

Billing requires subscriptions.view. Report sections and CSV exports have separate permissions and can also be restricted by scope.

Feedback forms, permanent QR codes, Print Studio, reviews, Cards and basic reports remain available on Free where permitted. Feedback image attachments require an active paid plan. Visitors and Conversations can have one-time, time-limited module trials (14 days by default); trials do not unlock every paid feature. Feedback submissions from different targets and channels share the monthly allowance; an idempotent retry does not consume another response.
